Our deodorants are made with 100% natural tallow, which means they are sensitive to temperature changes. During transit, your deodorant may soften or melt in warm delivery trucks and mailboxes
If it does arrive warm- Keep the container upright and place it in the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes. Once it cools, your deodorant will return to its perfect, solid state.
Note: Melting is a completely normal reaction to heat and does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of your deodorant!
